Senior Manager, Product Management (Atmospheric Solutions)

The Atmospheric Solutions Product Management Organization is responsible for defining and executing product strategy at Brooks for our targeted market growth vectors. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable market share growth by delivering products and roadmaps that drive customer value.

• Develop and execute strategy for the Marathon LEAP SX Sorter, targeting wafers, panels, and tape frames, building on existing footprints at Tier 1 fabs.
• Lead cross‑functional efforts with sales, applications engineering, engineering, and manufacturing to create business plans, marketing strategies, pricing, and product positioning.
• Travel to meet customers and conduct face‑to‑face meetings to understand their needs for existing and future products.
• Maintain technical knowledge of the product and financial understanding of cost contributors; use this knowledge to drive customer improvement projects, value engineering cost savings, and overall cost reductions.
• Generate and communicate Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) for new product introduction and maintain the business unit’s booking, billing, and backlog information.
• Own the revenue forecast for the product line and report performance to leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technology field.
• Minimum 6 years of product management experience and 4 years of value/solution selling experience.
• Ability to motivate and generate results within a matrixed organization.
• Experience generating Market Requirement Documents and communicating value propositions for new product introductions.
• Experience maintaining and communicating booking, billing, and backlog information.
• Strong financial acumen to own revenue forecasting.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor fab automation and processes or advanced packaging.
• Detail oriented with strategic thinking, strong organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence presenting to customers and senior leadership.
• Direct experience with semiconductor automation, process equipment, GEM/SECS automation, inspection, or metrology is preferred.

Base salary range: $ USD to $ USD. Starting pay may vary by geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
