What you will be working onAs a member of the Strategy and Planning department, you will drive CPF Board's strategic future and lead strategic planning initiatives to strengthen governance frameworks while working directly with Board members and senior stakeholders.
International Engagement- Drive CPF Board's participation in international retirement and pension system networks.
- Identify and evaluate strategic learning opportunities and partnerships globally.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international counterparts and industry leaders.
- Design and implement comprehensive governance frameworks and policies.
- Establish clear operational guidelines defining the CPF Board's roles, responsibilities, and powers.
- Ensure CPF Board's compliance with trustee obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee development and implementation of Board resolutions.
- Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, Pre-Board sessions, and special engagements.
- Act as primary liaison between Chairman, Board members, and internal departments.
- Manage follow-up actions and ensure timely resolution of Board matters.
- Provide strategic support to Board members on governance and operational matters.
- Relevant experience in strategic planning, governance, or policy development, preferably within financial services or public sector organisations.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with senior executives and board members.
- Experience in international engagement, partnership development, or cross‑border collaboration.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and trustee obligations.
- Knowledge of retirement and pension systems would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools would be beneficial.
- Have experience in synthesising information from various sources with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strategic and forward‑thinking capabilities with an innovative mindset.
- Show resilience and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities.
- Communicates effectively, both in writing and speaking.
- Works independently and manages priorities effectively.
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling different tasks and challenges.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
