R&D Product Development Specialist MultiServe Black coffee

To start with, the position of R&D Product Development Specialist Multi Serve Black coffee sits comfortably in the Multi Serve Black Coffee Program team. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! As a Product Development Specialist you will be asked to lead innovation projects as well as network optimization and sustainability projects.

For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

• Lead medium to high complexity projects for Beans, R&G and instants in a cross-functional project team and deliver against a set of R&D deliverables.
• Apply a set of project management skills incl risk management, time and resource planning.
• Develop products matching a product brief or reformulate products or harmonize recipe portfolios.
• Communicate clearly within multi-category team and towards stakeholders.

• We seek an agile project lead with a can-do mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, and drive for excellence.
• Experience leading projects and developing products, ideally in the food industry.
• A degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
• Two to five years of proven track record in R&D product development or process technology.
• Proficiency in designing and executing trials at various scales.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• A creative mindset to explore possibilities beyond the status quo.
• Comfort with working in a high-paced dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for project deliverables.
