Monday Merch started to help companies improve their merch ánd make it frictionless. We design your merch package with renders in 24 hours, and then arrange storage and shipping to (remote) team members and customers. Never before has it been so easy to develop quality merch so quickly and easily.

As a (Junior) Production Specialist at Monday Merch, you are the link between our Merch Consultants, Production, and Warehouse. You ensure that Merch projects are produced and delivered in the right way by our partners. In addition, you will work closely with our Product & Warehouse team to turn your insights into product and logistics improvements. As a production manager of Monday Merch, you are responsible for ordering all the products that compose a "Sales Order".

• Request all files and information needed from team members to turn a sales order into a production order.
• Order all products according to specific characteristics that are registered in the sales order like:
  Colour, quantity, customisation technique, measurements with different vendors.
• Responsible for a final design check (Compare the sales order and production order).
• Timeline management.
• Updating the account manager and logistics team about the status of production orders.
• Pro-active problem solving:
  Solving delays, requesting missing information and finding solutions for unavailable products or tight timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• You are good at organising & planning.
• At least HBO graduate, which study background is irrelevant.
• You like to work in a structured way.
• You are fluent in English.
• Willing to go to the office most days but you are allowed to combine it with remote working.
• Experience with print is a plus, but not a must.
