Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Applications, this role will work closely with the Digital workplace team members and other citizen developers. It requires an individual with some programming knowledge and a passion for customer service, outstanding analytical skills, and a high regard for usability.
Responsibilities- Development using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform tools and Robotic Process Automation
- With the guidance of a senior developer, build solutions to meet business needs
- Perform testing
- Document processes and procedures
- Assist in database setup and configuration
- Maintain updates to and publish standards
- Demonstrate key behaviors and meet identified expectations outlined in our four cultural pillars: one team, continuous improvement, customer focus, and personal accountability
- Minimum first‑year student, pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Sciences or related field
- Knowledge and understanding of application development best practices
- Familiar with basic application development concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Azure, Power Platform, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
- Programming skills, analytic skills, database knowledge
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel, MS Word
- Eagerness to solve problems and a curiosity to troubleshoot
- Time management skills requiring organization of tasks, planning, and independence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to interface with team members and customers to promote positive customer outcomes
