Rentico Vacation Homes Rental is a DTCM-licensed hospitality company specializing in premium short-term rentals across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We manage the entire rental process for property owners, including listing, pricing, guest communication, housekeeping, maintenance, and DTCM compliance. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving account management. Key tasks include lead generation, client outreach, negotiating agreements, and contributing to the growth and success of Rentico's premium rental services.
The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Respond fast to inbound owner leads via Whats App, calls, and forms
- Qualify owners, understand their property and goals, and pitch Rentico’s management model
- Run viewings/assessments and present projected returns with our pricing tools
- Negotiate and close signed management agreements
- Build and nurture a referral pipeline with brokers and property contacts
- Keep the CRM accurate and follow up consistently until deals close
- Manage onboarding paperwork and owner contracts
- Coordinate new-unit setup (listing creation, photography, permits, compliance)
- Support DTCM/DET permit and documentation processes
- Prepare owner-facing documents and keep records organized
- Liaise between owners and the operations team during onboarding
- 2+ years in short-term rental / holiday homes or property management - strongly preferred; real estate or sales background also considered
- Familiarity with Dubai’s holiday homes / short-term rental market and how owner returns work
- Confident closer who can also stay organized and detail-driven
- Strong communication in English (Arabic is a major plus for GCC owners)
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital workflows
- Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and takes ownership
- Valid UAE driving license (required - this is a field role with owner viewings)
- UAE residence visa (own or transferable) preferred - faster start
- Knowledge of DTCM/DET licensing and permits
- Experience with PMS or pricing tools (e.g. Guesty, Price Labs)
- Existing network of property owners or brokers in Dubai
Competitive base salary + commission per signed unit, with strong earning potential as you grow the portfolio. Final package based on experience.
