Key Skills & Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Business Analysis: Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting business processes, and developing solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements for IT systems and processes.
• Tools & Techniques: Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and experience with Agile methodologies or related frameworks.
• Problem Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven solutions that drive efficiency and improve performance.
• Federal
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience working with U.S. Federal organizations or understanding federal policies and regulations is preferred but not required.
• Clearance: U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
