Obsidian is seeking Radiology experts to create clinical scenarios and evaluate AI models used in diagnostic imaging. This role is designed for board-certified attending physicians or fellows in their final residency year. You will engage in a remote, asynchronous environment and work approximately 20 hours per week, with a pay range of $180–$400 per hour based on your seniority.
Responsibilities include designing prompts, grading AI responses, and providing structured feedback to improve AI performance. This ongoing position is reviewed monthly, with weekly payments through Mercor.
