Job Title: Business Development & Sales Outreach — Master-Level Internship

Level: Master's Level Internship

Duration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 months)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto)

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and motivated Business Development & Sales Outreach Intern to join our team within the Business Development department. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a passion for strategic analysis and operational planning. As a Business Development & Sales Outreach Intern, you will work closely with our business team to analyze market trends, support strategic initiatives, and develop data-driven insights that contribute to effective decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing business performance data to identify opportunities for growth and strategic improvement.
  • Support the development of business plans, forecasts, and strategic objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to evaluate trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor their performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the identification of risks and opportunities, offering actionable insights for effective risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to inform planning and strategic decision

About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy development, planning, and market analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks and competitive analysis.
  • Knowledge of business forecasting, trend analysis, and KPI development.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
