Customer Success Representative – AI-Powered Fitness Technology (Remote, North America)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 USD (based on aptitude, potential, and work ethic)

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative based in North America who will act as the key link between our AI solution and the measurable success of our fitness industry clients. This is not your typical CS role — we’re seeking someone who embraces complexity, thrives in fast‑paced environments, and is obsessed with using data to drive outcomes and efficiency.

• Owning client onboarding, engagement, and long‑term success
• Delivering expert‑level training, implementation, and guidance
• Monitoring account health, anticipating issues, and resolving them proactively
• Leading business reviews that demonstrate clear ROI and business outcomes
• Working cross‑functionally with Sales and Product to drive retention, growth, and continuous improvement
• Becoming a platform expert and trusted advisor to your accounts

• Based in North America and comfortable working remotely
• Strong work ethic and high‑performance mindset — you thrive in demanding environments
• Exceptional curiosity, detail orientation, and data fluency
• Able to translate complex, technical ideas into clear business value
• Passionate about AI, automation, and the fitness industry
• Strong communicator with confidence in handling diverse stakeholders
• One of the following backgrounds would be ideal:
• A top‑performing graduate in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering)
• 1+ years in a detail‑oriented, analytical role (e.g. QA, Tech Support, Ops Analyst)
• Previous management experience in a fitness or health club setting with a data‑driven mindset and an aptitude for technology
