Position: Full Time Business Analyst Remote
TCU Financial Group is seeking a Full Time Term Business Analyst, either onsite in Saskatoon or remote within Saskatchewan. Engage with technology vendors and business units to enhance core banking systems and digital platforms.

In this exciting role, you will be a vital link between stakeholders, ensuring effective operations and continuous improvement of TCU's financial services. You will gather and validate business requirements, analyze processes, and develop recommendations to align operations with organizational goals. Your contributions will support system documentation, training materials, and implementation of upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer core banking systems and digital platforms

• Gather and document business requirements through workshops

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements

• Develop system documentation and training content

• Support system implementations, testing, and UAT

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis

• Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulations

• Proficient in process mapping and project management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent time management and organization
