Position: Account Associate - Hybrid Role

This full-time position offers an entry-level opportunity within CBN's International Business Development team. You will administer contract oversight, facilitate customer inquiries, and ensure deliverable management while contributing to business pursuits. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and be self-directed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication

• Manage sales inquiries, design briefs, and order processes

• Monitor contract deliverables and provide status reports

• Support proposal preparation and manage project progress

• Track inventory and production to meet delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in Canada and possess Level II security clearance

• College diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience

• Proficient in MS O365 tools

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Willing to travel internationally 2-6 weeks per year
