This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Sales located in Sterling, VA, with the flexibility of partial remote work. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client accounts, overseeing the sales process, and driving revenue growth. The role also encompasses building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance.

• Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
• Excellent Team Management and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and assess sales data
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM/ERP/ SCM/EPM systems, IT and Product Engineering services is a plus
