Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Executive 2 (Multi‑Client) for UnityPoint Health System based in Iowa. The role has full accountability for client organization relationships across Food and Environmental Services at multiple locations. This trusted advisor will manage contracts, relationships, operational results, and lead people to deliver predictable, reliable, and repeatable service excellence. Candidates should reside in central Iowa; the position requires regional travel and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

This position involves regular regional travel to multiple sites across the region. Candidates must be prepared to spend time on the road visiting facilities, ensuring consistent support and collaboration across the region. Reliable transportation and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules are essential.
What You’ll Do- Navigate the client organization through effective communication, influencing, and persuading at all levels.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills and an influential executive presence when addressing executive leadership.
- Own and drive the operational excellence commitment of Sodexo and the client.
- Use tools to manage key metrics (e.g., Labor Expense, Raw Materials) to deliver positive outcomes.
- Deploy, embed, and ensure standardized processes that are predictable, reliable, and repeatable across the book of business.
- Deliver predictable top‑and bottom‑line results at the site while relentlessly focusing on efficiency and execution.
- Drive change and create a culture that embraces and operationalizes it, bringing innovation through Sodexo programs and brand.
- Optimize relationships to enhance customer service and fiscal stability through the Clients for Life tools and resources.
- Manage within the contract parameters to prevent scope creep and renegotiate for business growth opportunities.

- Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum management experience: 7 years.
- Minimum functional experience: 7 years.
