As a Benefits Operations Specialist at Remote, you will be an essential part of the Employer-of-Record Operations team. Your responsibilities will include providing support on benefits programs across more than 90 countries, along with driving process improvement initiatives. Key skills for this role involve HR operations, employee benefits, and analytical tasks to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support on benefits plans, enrollment, and invoicing
• Process tickets and escalations through Zendesk and email
• Execute data preparation, entry, and download
• Define and implement standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Requirements:
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Benefits
• Strong customer service commitment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask using various tech tools
