Vistaprint is the leader in customized printing products and technology. As a Lead SAP CO configuration specialist on the Core Accounting Team, you will play a key role in the design, enhancement, implementation & maintenance of cost flows through the organization from procurement and production to final profitability analysis in SAP S/4 Hana. This will include integrated technology solutions for existing and new company codes and as well as manufacturing locations in the S/4 HANA 2025 environment.

The ideal candidate for this position will have several years of demonstrated skills in SAP Controlling, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis through consulting and support engagements in multinational SAP deployments.

What You Will Do

Solicit business requirements, recommend best‑in‑class solutions, and lead design, build, deployment, support, and test efforts for complex business processes delivered within SAP Controlling module.

Provide SAP CO expertise with a focus on Product Costing (CO-PC), Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Overhead Management (CO-OM), including integration with Finance, MM, PM, WM, and SD modules.

Design scalable product costing and profitability analysis frameworks to support variance analysis and reporting needs.

Functional Leadership and Coordination, system configuration, and cutover of new entities and or manufacturing locations based on Vistaprint’s growth and expansion strategy.

Own and maintain implementation, rollout, and support documentation in line with Vistaprint system integration playbook standards.

Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinating with cross‑functional and technical teams to ensure timely resolution while using appropriate escalation channels.

Identify opportunities to improve scalability, sustainability, and alignment with SAP best practices.

Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business partners across remote teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and support solution design.

Partner with SAP development teams to deliver custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces for business needs.

Work closely with Finance, FP&A, and plant stakeholders across North America, Europe, and APAC regions.

Your Qualifications

10+ years of SAP S/4

HANA configuration experience focused on Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PC, COPA) and integration with MM, PP, SD, WM, and PM modules.

Experience with Make‑to‑Order (MTO), Material Ledger/Actual Costing, and Margin Analysis preferred.

Ability to gather requirements and design scalable, repeatable business processes with strong impact analysis skills.

Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical problem‑solving capabilities.

Experience with system integrations, external interfaces, and data mapping.

Hands‑on experience with unit and integration testing, including test planning, documentation, and data staging.

Nice to Have

Interest in learning new S/4

HANA modules and tools to improve user efficiency.

Experience working in Agile environments and SAP‑centric project methodologies.

Background in multinational, multicurrency manufacturing environments with complex supply chains.

Familiarity with S/4

HANA tools and features such as extensibility, analytical queries, data migration, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Experience using AI tools to improve delivery speed and efficiency.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with remote collaboration and asynchronous documentation tools.

Ability to travel occasionally for collaboration and team‑building events.

Self‑starter who can operate effectively with limited oversight.

Canada Target Hiring Range: $ - $ Per Year. Vista is committed to transparent and competitive compensation.
