The Opportunity4
Ever Young is hiring a Senior Franchise Business Coach to own performance coaching for an assigned franchisee portfolio. This is a high-accountability field coaching role: you’ll diagnose performance gaps, build action plans with clear owners and deadlines, and run a repeatable cadence that moves key KPIs – within a med spa-adjacent, service-provider model.
This is a remote role with heavy travel (up to ~70%). Success looks like a disciplined operating system: scorecards, structured check-ins, documented follow-through, onsite diagnostics when needed, and consistent accountability conversations that drive measurable improvement.
What You’ll Do- Run performance coaching using scorecards, structured check-ins, and documented follow-through
- Diagnose underperformance and prioritize the highest-leverage fixes (capacity/utilization, staffing, conversion, retention, standards)
- Build and track action plans tied to deadlines and measurable outcomes – who owns what by when
- Influence franchisees without authority; hold commitments and navigate hard conversations
- Conduct onsite reviews, interventions, and support new location openings and onsite training as needed
- Partner with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Training, Development) to remove blockers and accelerate execution
- Track progress in tools like Zenoti/CRM + Microsoft 365 (or comparable) and use reporting to drive follow-up
- YoY revenue growth
- Conversion (lead-to-prospect, consult-to-close or equivalent)
- Average ticket / service mix
- Client/patient experience + quality execution
- 3+ years franchisor-side Franchise Business Coach (or Franchise Consultant / Field Ops Coach equivalent) with an assigned franchisee portfolio
- Experience in a tightly similar space to med spa – aesthetics / wellness / beauty; membership/service delivery; provider-based operations
- Proven KPI ownership with specifics: baseline → action plan → execution cadence → measured results (numbers + timeframe required)
- U.S.
-based, within practical distance of a major airport, and able to sustain up to ~70% travel
- Target lane: Franchisor-side FBC in med spa / aesthetics / wellness / beauty brands
- Allowed adjacent lane: Franchisor-side FBC in highly SOP-driven franchise healthcare service brands that behave like consumer service ops (example: AFC Urgent Care)
- Not a fit: Traditional hospital/health-system ops, non-franchise medical ops, purely clinical leadership, or “healthcare” without franchisee coaching and portfolio ownership
- New center opening / launch readiness experience
- Dashboard-driven coaching discipline – clear scorecards, structured check-ins, documented action plans
- Compensation: Up to $120,000 target total compensation (base + target bonus)
- Employment: Full-Time (W2)
- Travel: Up to ~70% with travel support
- Benefits package and travel support: details shared during the interview process
