Position Type:
Full time (Monday – Friday). Employees may work any of our 9‑hour shift schedules during normal business hours (6 am–10 pm IST or 6 pm–6 am IST) and may need to work occasional overtime (unpaid).

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong experience in corporate business development
- Excellent communication and English language skills (proposal making, email correspondence), presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (mostly locally – Delhi/NCR)
- Self‑directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure
- Determination and a focus on delivering results
- Creative thinking and continuous development of business development strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good analytical skills and problem‑solving approach
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Understand current business offerings of the company and its partners.
- Promote company’s product and services by communicating with direct and indirect clients.
- Use innovative strategies and tactics to target global prospective customers.
- Take ownership in end‑to‑end sales and marketing and close prospects to generate revenues.
- Analyze the HR industry current and future trends and prepare market research reports.
- Research and identify business and sales/marketing opportunities, and generate leads via social platforms.
- Identify, negotiate and manage strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their teams.
- Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process.
- Negotiate and sign agreements.
- Other key responsibilities that are imperative for business development and digital social branding.
- Analytical and possess good problem‑solving capabilities.

- Professionalism – Knowledge of general office and administrative support including MNJ SOFTWARE administrative policies, processes and procedures. Demonstrates professional competence and mastery of subject matter; is conscientious and efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results; remains calm in stressful situations.
