• Lead evaluation, comparison, and optimization of next‑generation code agents used in AI‑driven software development.
• Manage structured testing processes and assess product quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Apply strong organizational and analytical frameworks to ensure project alignment and delivery excellence.

• Strong experience in software product or project management within top‑tier tech firms, AI companies, or startups.
• Technical background with familiarity using code agents in open‑source environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver high‑quality outcomes under tight timelines.
