Location: Martensville
Lead product strategy at Dayforce as a remote Principal Product Strategist. Focus on integrating insights, managing the product portfolio, and aligning product growth opportunities.
In this individual contributor role, you report to the VP of Strategy and Operations within Dayforce's Strategy team. Your task is to synthesize market insights and influence investment decisions that shape the overall product direction. By leveraging strong analytical skills, you will maintain alignment across various teams, enhancing product performance and strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the development of the 3-year product strategy
• Align product roadmaps with investment and market priorities
• Formulate product OKRs and P&L frameworks
• Create presentations for executive and board-level discussions
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for strategic goals
Requirements:
• 5–10 years in product management or strategy
• Deep fluency in product planning processes
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience influencing without direct authority
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
