We’re on the lookout for a passionate Digital Growth Manager to join our dynamic team.

Purpose of Role

This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities through data analysis, optimizing performance marketing efforts, and fostering strategic partnerships. By collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, and marketing teams, the Growth Product Manager ensures seamless user experience while maximizing customer lifetime value and retention across global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase app downloads, engagement, and in-platform transactions.
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with travel, hospitality, and retail brands to expand reach and offerings.
  • Own and optimize performance marketing across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, influencer, affiliate).
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion, retention, and CLTV.
  • Analyze funnel and behavioral data to discover growth opportunities and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with UX and product teams to enhance onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Manage growth budgets and forecast ROI across acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Keep ahead of industry trends to continuously refine the growth roadmap.
  • Manage processes with a sustainability perspective, considering their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, plan and implement company strategies, and encourage teams in this direction.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital product management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling user acquisition and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media and CRM tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, mobility, or marketplace platforms is an advantage.
