Position: Organizational Change Manager (Remote)
Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Organizational Change Managers to join our team. The role will be based remotely for our customer who are in Regina and Winnipeg. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Minimum Requirements:Experience managing complex, integrated IT projects and teamsExperience working in a highly integrated business environmentBachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, health care administration or equivalent and/or a Diploma in computer technology or equivalentProsci Organizational Change Management CertificationDemonstrated supportive and participative leadership abilityProven ability to provide support and training virtuallyDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skillsStrong facilitation skillsStrong organizational skillsHighly developed interpersonal skills and is capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and team membersMS Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)Broad IT knowledgeDuties may include:
Assess scope of the business change that will occur with the business transformationIdentify all stakeholders who are affected by the change; and all training that may need to be virtually done to those affected.Understand the impact of these changes on each stakeholder group and the potential risks for adoption of the new solutionAssess, or coordinate the assessment of, readiness for these changes (organizational and user readiness)Assess people related risks and develop related mitigation strategiesDevelop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiativeExecute the change management plans by managing change management activities across all aspects of the projectCoach business/clinical leaders in change management principles and their practical application in a project contextProvide organizational change management support at the time of implementation and develop new approaches and resistance management plans as required to deal with adoption obstacles which may ariseEvaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoptionCollaborate with the business/clinical users in developing a post implementation reinforcement plan to increase the level of adoption of the new solutionOther duties as assignedTo learn more about our Benefits , Culture or apply for these opportunities, please visit our website: C
