Your leadership in the Business Analysis Community of Practice will enhance knowledge sharing and consistency across teams. This role requires your expertise to evolve BA practices while providing coaching to fellow analysts and ensuring alignment with project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain business analysis standards and tools

• Lead the Business Analysis Community of Practice initiatives

• Provide coaching for diverse delivery teams

• Integrate BA practices with the enterprise delivery framework

• Facilitate continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies
Requirements:

• 6-8+ years in business analysis roles

• Experience in complex project environments

• Strong knowledge of BA lifecycle and coaching practices

• Familiarity with PMO or Centre of Excellence operations

• Proven ability to create training and workshops
