Business Broker – Transworld Business Advisors of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky

Prospect, call, meet with, and build relationships with small and medium‑sized business owners. Assist with preparing their business to be confidentially listed. Manage the transaction for the buyer screening, offer, due diligence, and closing processes (typically 6–12 month process). - Franchise Consulting
:
Counsel and support prospective franchise buyers to find and purchase the right franchise based on their goals, skills, financial ability, and earning expectations. Partnerships with 600+ franchisors available. - Franchise Development
:
Help existing local businesses scale through becoming a franchisor. - Business Valuation
:
Collect financial information, analyze data, and assign valuation to businesses. - Exit Factor
:
Coordinate with business owners and third‑party partner to assist with launching steady and consistent growth to maximize future valuation. - Administration and Collaboration
:
Maintain clean and organized communication, project management, and administrative standards throughout the process. Expected to assist other team members with additional tasks as requested.
- Bachelor’s degree or other advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Competency with technology including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated to prospect and network for business listings.
- Detail‑oriented approach to provide high level of customer service while building lasting relationships.
- Problem solving independently and creatively.
- Organize, monitor, and keep numerous ongoing deals moving forward with pace and purpose.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality in communications with clients and prospects.
- Self‑manage and project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.
- Previous experience not required, but ideal experience includes at least one of:
Sales, Business Brokerage, Franchising, Franchise Ownership, Insurance Sales, Commercial Banking, Small Business Banking, Real Estate, Financial Advisor, CPA, Attorney, Small Business Owner, Engineering, General Management, Executive, Business Development, Relationship Management, Information Systems, Project Management.
- Training:
Must travel to South Florida for one week of corporate training. Candidate will pay for own flight, accommodations, and training fees. Will be 100% reimbursed for all major expenses after first successful transaction. - Investments:
Must invest ~$110 per month for software, IT, and CRM costs, deducted quarterly via direct deposit. Must invest in ongoing print marketing materials for prospecting (~$50 per month). - Social Media:
Must invest in small quarterly subscription fee (~$250) for scheduled posting. - Hardware:
Must use personal laptop, cell phone, and transportation to conduct daily business. - Schedule:
Full-time schedule and effort. Must work some weekends to prospect at times of your choosing.
