Tekmetric is hiring a Senior Director of GTM Operations & Strategy to architect the next generation of our go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, systems, and AI, reporting to the SVP of Revenue. You will partner with leadership to design how Tekmetric acquires, grows and retains customers at scale, combining strong business acumen, analytical rigor, operational excellence and AI fluency.
WhatYou'll Own
- GTM strategy & Business Partnership. Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Revenue, VP of Marketing and GTM leadership. Build analytical frameworks to guide investment, optimization and scaling decisions across territory design, market coverage, capacity planning, pricing, product launch, expansion, annual planning, and investment.
- Revenue Planning & Forecasting. Own the operating rhythm of the business – forecast accuracy, pipeline health, conversion analysis, QBRs, executive reporting, performance analysis, and leading indicator identification.
- GTM Operating Model Design. Define how the GTM organization will evolve over the next 2–3 years, including territory and ownership models, lead routing, sales capacity planning, expansion ownership and incentive alignment.
- AI & Revenue Innovation. Lead the GTM AI strategy, identifying opportunities to increase seller productivity, improve forecasting, automate workflows, accelerate decision‑making, enhance customer engagement and reduce manual reporting.
- Data, Analytics & Systems. Own the GTM data ecosystem, technology strategy, Salesforce governance, data quality, reporting standards, KPI definitions, analytics, dashboards, and AI‑enabled tooling.
- Cross‑functional Partnership. Drive alignment with Marketing, Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, Enablement, Data & Analytics and Product through shared metrics, cadences and accountability frameworks.
- Strategic & Analytical Excellence. Background in high‑analytical roles such as investment banking, consulting, private equity or a senior corporate strategy program; ability to build complex business models and support executive decision‑making.
- Builder Mentality. Experience building or scaling an organization, managing a P&L, or serving in a Chief of Staff role; thrives in ambiguity, identifies opportunities proactively, and balances strategic thinking with execution.
- GTM Operating Experience. Current experience in revenue operations, strategic finance partnering with GTM, Biz Ops or Rev Ops at a high‑bar SaaS company, or a similar CoS role; proven ability to build systems, processes and operating rhythms that scale.
- AI Fluency. Articulate how AI and agentic tooling reshape GTM operations; provide a clear thesis on Tekmetric’s AI response.
- Executive Presence. Ability to lead a multi‑disciplinary team and partner credibly with CFOs and Heads of Revenue; challenge assumptions and drive thoughtful debate.
- 8+ years of professional experience overall; 3+ in a leadership seat.
A linear Sales Operations career, specific Salesforce certifications, or a long tenure in a traditional sales‑operations role. We prioritize analytical competence, operational instinct and vision.
