Careers Launch Talent Group is rapidly becoming a leader in the HR and Talent Solutions space. We provide end-to-end support across the talent lifecycle—and our Outplacement Services are at the heart of helping companies manage change with confidence, dignity, and results. As we grow, we’re looking for an enterprise-level sales leader to build and scale our outplacement client portfolio nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As a proven sales strategist and builder, you’ll help lead our efforts to bring outplacement solutions to senior HR and business leaders. You’ll work closely with CHROs, Talent Acquisition executives, Procurement leaders, and others to present customized solutions that align with their workforce strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our outplacement client base
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new enterprise-level clients (self-sourced and through internal referrals)
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with HR executives and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Executive Search) to cross-sell solutions and uncover new opportunities
  • Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Track market trends and identify high-opportunity segments
  • Present tailored solutions with compelling ROI cases for outplacement support

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise accounts
  • Proven success selling HR or outplacement solutions to senior-level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a book of business from scratch
  • Strong understanding of organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and the HR buyer journey
  • Persuasive, executive-level communicator—comfortable engaging with CHROs, CFOs, and CEOs
  • Strategic mindset paired with a “hunter” mentality and a passion for solving business problems
  • Willingness to travel as needed to connect with clients and close deals
