Deal Desk Analyst

The Deal Desk Analyst is responsible for providing data to the sales team at the pre‑sale stage of their proposals to mirror delivery of post‑sale products, and for managing the contract process from signed contract to order creation, ensuring compliance and successful delivery of campaigns.

This is a cross‑function role that requires learning a deep understanding of product logic from set‑up to delivery and a solid grasp of contracting fundamentals in a fast‑paced online media environment.

This role is based in our Auburndale, MA office.

• Executing pre‑sale data requests for all Informa Tech Target requests;
• Supporting the sales team on a day‑to‑day basis, giving them the necessary data and recommendations to ensure a successful campaign;
• Understanding Informa Tech Target’s database and conversion metrics;
• Generating contracts that are compliant with corporate policies, procedures and standards;
• Developing a thorough understanding of processes, product offerings and appropriate terms and conditions, including but not limited to:
  • Pricing models and discounting
  • Revenue recognition
  • Approvals collection
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with different internal teams involved in the campaign lifecycle (Campaign managers, Sales enablement, Campaign Operations, Finance and Legal departments, Sales Management, and Products)

• 1 to 2+ years of relevant, marketing digital campaigns experience;
• Experience with Service Now, Salesforce, Dealhub a plus;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points;
• Detail‑oriented and extremely reliable – team player;
• A focus on process and standardization;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi‑task and prioritize;
• Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability;
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.

The salary range for this position is $50k-$60k based on experience.
