Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients with daily benefits administration

• Act as a contact for client inquiries and requests

• Handle declined claims and insurer follow-ups

• Conduct employee meetings and webinars

• Create clear communications for benefit changes

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in group benefits client-facing role

• Understanding of group benefits plans and funding

• Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation or willingness to pursue

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with vehicle access
