Work Arrangements
- Flexible across existing outlets (Woodlands, Jurong East, Toa Payoh)
- Work from home arrangement available up to two days a week
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 06:00pm
- Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders (Private Companies and Government Entities)
- Support project planning, coordination and implementation
- Propose creative solutions to challenges
- Adhere to project timelines
- Provide timely updates to Company’s management
- Address enquiries and provide prompt, professional, and relevant issue resolution
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, and service standards are maintained
- Prepare detailed and regular reports, updates, and performance summaries for management
- Identify and suggest opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and experience
- Respond to urgent operational issues and incidents when required
- Supervise operations staff
- Diploma in Project / Business / Facility Management or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply and will be considered based on their skills, aptitude, and relevant experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to travel between multiple locations for meetings, project coordination, and site visits as required
- From S $3,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Annual increment and bonuses (Performance and Year-End)
- 14 days annual leave
- Transport allowance
- Non-Singaporean welcomed
