Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities, conduct prospecting, cold calls, and follow‑up via call and email.
  • Meet with prospects and clients to evaluate opportunities and identify, research, and pursue new business.
  • Build and maintain client relationships; attend local and national business‑development meetings.
  • Prepare proposals, engagement letters, MSA, agreements and other documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Services and Service Delivery teams to support all stages of business development.
  • Maintain prospect register/Salesforce, coordinate sales efforts and joint‑selling activities.
  • Track client satisfaction, anticipate client needs, and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Stay current on tax issues and alliance‑partner product offerings to surface new opportunities.
  • Support other projects or duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and ≥ 5years business‑development experience.
  • Bilingual French/English;
    French fluency required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor, and people‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to accept direction and instruction.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, ERP systems (Workday, People Soft, Oracle, SAP), and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Net Suite, etc.).
Travel & Work Environment

Standard indoor office; occasional long periods of sitting; required travel>50%.
