We’re looking for a Senior Director of Clinical BD (focusing on late-phase clinical trials) to lead our growth across Europe. You’ll build strong client relationships, secure new business opportunities, and work closely with our global BD and operational teams to expand QPS’s CRO services around Patient Centric studies.

Since its inception, QPS has been assisting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies with their drug development efforts by providing a full range of Neuropharmacology, DMPK, Toxicology, Bioanalysis, Translational Medicine, Early Phase Clinical and Phase II – IV Clinical Research services.

• Build trusted relationships with pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma clients
• Align European initiatives with QPS global priorities
• Represent QPS at conferences, networking events, and client meetings
• Collaborate with operations and scientific teams to deliver client-focused solutions

• This job will be 100% home-office based (remote).

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree helpful
• 10+ years of business development experience in a CRO, with a track record of winning complex, multi-million Euro deals and expertise handling long sales cycles
• Strong knowledge of late phase Clinical trials and European regulatory requirements
• Established network of senior-level contacts in pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)

• Global reach with full-service CRO capabilities
• Deep expertise in Uro-oncology, Obesity, Dermatology, CNS, and other niche indications
• Agile, client-focused approach with proven success in complex studies
• Data-driven, certified, and ready to support regulatory submissions across Europe
• Competitive base plus commission package and auto allowance
