Position: Expert Camp Manager Needed
MATRIX Camps seeks experienced Camp Managers for remote locations across Canada. Lead camp operations and maintain top-notch facilities in this hands-on role with a focus on logistics.

This position requires a skilled professional with 3-5 years of direct experience in camp operations or facility maintenance. Adapt and thrive in challenging weather conditions while managing the upkeep of essential utilities and collaborating with the culinary team. Your sharp attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure a seamless operation at all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee camp operations and daily service delivery

• Manage utility systems, including incinerators and filtration

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing and electrical issues

• Collaborate with culinary staff for inventory and supplies

• Maintain a safe and efficient camp environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant camp operations experience

• Expertise in utilities and maintenance systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and practical knowledge

• First Aid, WHMIS training, and a valid Firearms License (PAL)

• Comfortable in remote working conditions
