Job Overview
Monday‑Friday, 8 am–5 pm ET. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks to help ensure domain‑related projects are cost‑effective, secure, compliant, and accurate.
Responsibilities- Conduct research and validate information with global vendors
- Process data updates accurately and within established timelines
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and task lists
- Participate in project status meetings and distribute meeting notes to stakeholders
- Support multiple concurrent internal projects of varying size and complexity
- Determine task sequencing and resource requirements to achieve project goals, prioritizing key actions effectively
- Assess potential impacts and risks associated with decisions and proposed actions
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment across teams
- Monitor workload priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including coordination with remote teams
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP; familiarity with tools like ASAP Utilities is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
- Effective planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deliverables
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and team needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Experience tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, with a focus on proactive resolution
