Key Responsibilities:

• Direct investor relations for capital offerings and partnerships

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in capital-raising

• Facilitate investor meetings and communications

• Monitor fundraising progress and investor demand

• Lead and develop a high-performing investor relations team

Requirements:

• 10+ years in real estate or capital markets

• Deep understanding of investor relations and compliance

• Experience structuring investment offerings for retail investors

• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred for added expertise
