The Job:

The Coordinator, Corporate Engagement reports directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Engagement and is a member of the Corporate Engagement unit within the U.S. Program Division. This role works closely with key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization (such as CRR communications and IT colleagues, as well as corporate and movement partners). The ideal candidate has an interest in corporate social responsibility and economic impact of social policy, thrives in a dynamic fast‑paced environment, excels in close collaboration on and across teams, works effectively across lines of difference, actively listens to and engages with colleagues and supervisors, can contribute to organizational initiatives, provides and responds constructively to feedback, and has at least 5 years’ experience in project and program management.

The position will be based in the Center’s New York City office in a hybrid model of 3 days in‑office, 2 days working from home.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research Support

  • Research companies, identify targets, and prepare team for external meetings.
  • Track news on close partners and industry trends.

Project Management & Administration

  • Contribute to corporate engagement strategy and workplan, bringing a business‑minded perspective.
  • Enter and update Salesforce data, working with colleagues across teams to integrate new best practices.
  • Update and maintain key program dashboards, expenses, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools with key project milestones, coordinating across teams when needed.
  • Join meetings, takes note of key decisions, integrates them into project plans, and drives follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. Division Management unit to adhere to internal processes for program operations.
  • Complete expense reports for select members of the Corporate Engagement team.
  • Provide calendar support for cross‑Division events, meetings, or other initiatives.
