Position: National Sales Manager_UPS (3560498)

Our client is a global leader in critical power infrastructure
, specializing in high-reliability Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and power conversion solutions. We ensure business continuity for data centers, industrial facilities, and medical institutions by protecting their most sensitive equipment from power anomalies.

We are seeking a strategic National Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across the U.S. market and lead a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Directly manage and motivate a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers (covering FL, VA, WI, and UT).
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, manage, and motivate a sales team consisting of regional sales managers (currently covering FL, VA, WI, and UT), distributors, and resellers.
  • Financial Oversight: Assist in the preparation of annual sales forecasts and expense budgets, while forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Identify emerging markets through awareness of new products and competition status to update the pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by deeply understanding their specific technical and business needs.
  • Operations & Quality: Ensure adherence to ISO
    9001
    standards and develop/enforce Sales department policies and procedures.
Key Requirements
  • Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets, specifically with UPS or related power system products
    .
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Strong team building, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.
  • Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in computer business management software and CRM systems.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, typically ranging from 40% to 50%.
What We Offer
  • Compensation: Base salary of approximately $150-190k plus an $80k performance bonus.
  • Location: Home office based (anywhere in the USA).
  • Status: Full-time, Exempt Salary position.
