Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted training sessions for dealership staff
• Build valuable resources for self-training at dealerships
• Track engagement and address adoption barriers
• Establish trust with dealership contacts
• Capture and share dealer success stories
Requirements:
• Previous B2B2C experience in customer success
• Knowledge of equipment dealership operations
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
