Position: Business Analyst Visa POD Remote
Become a pivotal Business Analyst for Visa POD focused on optimizing card products and processes. This role will enhance operational improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely.

As a Business Analyst supporting Visa POD, you will drive continuous delivery and align enhancements with regulatory standards and Visa requirements. With 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience in financial services, your strong stakeholder engagement and analytical skills will be vital. You will work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing enhancements and defect resolution

• Translate business needs into user stories and requirements

• Manage backlog items with the Product Owner

• Act as liaison between teams and external partners

• Analyze process flows and document requirements

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of Business Analyst experience

• Familiarity with Visa credit products

• Experience in Agile delivery teams

• Strong analytical and stakeholder skills

• Business Analysis or Agile certification preferred
