We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our PM&IT team and play a key role in analyzing sales processes, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing CRM systems to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing sales processes, document workflows, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct interviews with different teams to understand business operations, daily activities, and process requirements.
  • Evaluate digitalization opportunities and design future‑state (to‑be) processes.
  • Develop solutions to improve process efficiency, traceability, and user experience.
  • Act as the Product Owner for the sales side of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize CRM enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and business stakeholders to identify needs and improvement areas.
  • Prepare business and functional analysis documents for new CRM features, integrations, and process changes.
  • Manage and track requests through JIRA and coordinate development activities.
  • Work closely with software development teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define and manage technical requirements.
  • Participate in testing activities, validate developments, and support deployment processes.
  • Analyze and manage integrations between CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
  • Define data flows, data mapping requirements, and integration needs.
  • Prepare and deliver user training, documentation, and communication materials.
  • Research new technologies, software solutions, and digital tools to support business needs.
  • Conduct market research, product evaluations, and cost analyses, providing recommendations to management.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, CRM Management, Process Improvement, or similar roles.
  • Experience working in organizations with sales operations is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, system integrations, and business process modeling.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar project and ticket management tools.
  • Knowledge of data integration concepts and data mapping methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
