Competencies We Expect in Our New Team Member

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
• Able to commit to a long-term internship for 11 months
• Available to attend the internship 3 working days per week
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Eager to learn, responsible, with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Must have a valid work permit in Turkey

• Support the development and implementation of Total Rewards programs
• Prepare internal reports related to Total Rewards matters
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy for Total Rewards programs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support Total Rewards initiatives
