Product Assortment Manager

Position: Product Assortment Manager Hybrid Role
Lead product strategy and demand management in a hybrid role as a Product Assortment & Demand Manager. Engage with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to streamline customer experiences and optimize product portfolios.

Reporting to the Leader of Commercial Excellence & Continuous Improvement, you will govern the product portfolio and coordinate demand with operational execution. Bring your 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related fields, focusing on ERP and data governance, while ensuring clear communication amongst all relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product master data within the ERP system

• Lead product assortment reviews and recommend changes

• Monitor customer order backlog and delivery commitments

• Facilitate cross-functional team communication

• Support development of product performance reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain

• 5+ years in Product Management or Demand Planning

• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability

• Collaboration skills across commercial and operational teams
