Compensation: $130/hour (with potential increases for top performers)
Location: Remote
Duration: Minimum four-week engagement, with potential for significant extension or rotation to future projects
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully asynchronous and flexible scheduling

Training support will be provided.

• Apply private equity expertise to tasks involving financial modelling, market sizing/TAM analysis, investment research, CIM creation, due diligence processes, NDA/legal document processing, and deal sourcing
• Evaluate and provide feedback on AI-generated documentation relating to private equity workflows and transactions
• Assist research teams in developing and calibrating AI models for advanced financial analysis and investment automation
• Collaborate asynchronously with research and product teams to improve system accuracy and operational rigor

• Strong experience working in private equity at a top firm, with expertise in at least one of the following: investment or analysis summaries and memos, NDA/legal document processing
• Ability to work independently and manage flexible, asynchronous work schedules
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
