In this critical position, you will manage and optimize the firm’s pipeline while collaborating with leadership and teams across business units. Your responsibilities will include improving CRM tracking systems, leading pipeline reviews, and synthesizing insights for strategic decisions. Your focus on data integrity and communication will help steer growth and conversion rates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve CRM pipeline tracking systems

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on priority opportunities

• Lead reviews and discussions on pipeline health

• Develop and monitor KPIs related to pipeline performance

• Support go/no-go decisions using market insights

Requirements:

• 4–7 years in business development or CRM management

• Strong analytical and process management skills

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

• Self-motivated in a hybrid work environment
