Job Description

• Support the development of compensation and benefits processes.
• Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards.
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data.
• Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
