Drive growth and partnerships with Clearco as an E-Commerce Partnerships Manager. Leverage sourcing, negotiation, and operational excellence in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Clearco seeks an experienced Partnerships Manager to own the entire partner lifecycle in e-commerce. You will identify and recruit new partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure operational efficiency through structured processes. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a remote setting while fostering strong partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit new e-commerce partners aligned with Clearco’s strategy
• Negotiate agreements, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market plans
• Drive regular performance reviews focusing on revenue and impact
• Execute partner plans that contribute to measurable pipeline growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline partner workflows
Requirements:
• 5+ years in partnerships or strategic business development
• Proven track record of end-to-end partnership management
• Strong communication skills for remote work
• Analytical experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited for small-team dynamics
