Responsibilities- Lead Generation Support:
Assist in identifying and researching potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and market research. - Sales Operations Management:
Help streamline and optimize the sales process by maintaining and updating the CRM system, tracking sales data, and generating reports for the sales team. - Opportunity Development Support:
Assist in client-facing activities, collaborate with the Senior Team to move deals through the funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to relevant stakeholders, and help with contract preparation and reviews to support the long-term success and business growth of the Company. - Trade Show Oversight:
Coordinate logistics and preparation for trade shows and industry events, ensuring a smooth and successful presence at these events. - Marketing Operations Support:
Oversee maintenance of the website, marketing materials, facilitate update requests from the Senior Team, and other forms of general support. - Data Analysis:
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing valuable insights to the team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and business development, to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by consistently exceeding expectations in tasks and responsibilities with a positive attitude. - Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Relevant experience or coursework in sales and marketing is advantageous.
