Job Summary
Senior Pharmacy Financial & Analytics Analyst – Remote. Full‑time, permanent (40 hrs. weekly).
Work shift:
First (Days), 8am‑5pm ET, Monday‑Friday. Remote work is available in the following states:
Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
- Act as liaison between Finance, Analytics, IT and Pharmacy.
- Focus on data content and the business logic behind all data transformation for reporting.
- Develop expertise in the data and systems leveraged internally and externally for the Pharmacy Department.
- Work across all lines of business and collaborate with stakeholders in numerous teams.
- Gather requirements, perform analysis, support the development and testing of processes.
- Understand and document the applications, data and associated technologies for the Pharmacy Department.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2years Database Management experience.
- Minimum 2years Data Analysis experience.
- Minimum 2years Managed Care experience.
- Intermediate‑Advanced SQL writing queries from scratch.
- Experience with datasets, table relationships, joins, data flow across systems.
- Databricks data engineering / big data platform experience preferred.
- Intermediate‑Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve problems using available resources.
Base pay range: $80,204.80–$ annually. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
