Our Builder Solutions Group is continuing to grow and has an exciting opportunity becoming available. We are looking for a New Home Builder Consultant to join our team to help build relationships with new home builder leaders, understand their pain points, assess market data/trends, and deliver recommendations & consulting support in a professional and dedicated manner.

This role offers a base salary starting at $75,000 and a quarterly performance bonus plan, with final compensation based on experience, performance, and builder client needs. This full‑time role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. This is a remote opportunity with a company-provided laptop.
- Translate complex sales, market, and builder performance data into clear, strategic recommendations and actionable plans for builder partners.
- Analyze builder metrics, market trends, economic conditions, and TCP inputs to identify opportunities and risks, and convert insights into practical next steps.
- Lead and manage consulting projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay on track.
- Implement playbooks, operational structures, and SOPs with strong project management discipline and attention to detail.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to builder clients by confidently presenting findings, strategies, and tailored recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Build strong, credible relationships with high‑level builder stakeholders and quickly establish rapport and trust.
- Adapt consulting approach to meet each builder where they are, customizing solutions to their goals, maturity, and market position.
- Independently manage multiple priorities, projects, and travel requirements while driving progress toward defined outcomes.
- Take ownership of delegated initiatives and continuously seek ways to improve processes, results, and personal expertise in the new home sales and land space.
- Availability:
Must be available to work a full‑time schedule, Monday through Friday, in the Eastern Time Zone. This is a remote position with travel required as needed (typically 1‑2 times a month). - Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred. - Experience:
Must have at least 7+ years of experience in new home sales, builder operations, land strategy, or homebuilding consulting with a strong record of performance and results. Experience working directly with home builder leadership, sales teams, and developer stakeholders. - Skillset:
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategic, revenue‑driving recommendations. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives, shifting priorities, and deadlines. Confident communicator able to present recommendations, lead strategy conversations with senior‑level clients, and build authentic rapport. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally while operating with minimal oversight. - Qualities:
