You take the lead in that transformation in the BRITA Professional Filter area.

You own the iQ segment end-to-end - setting the direction, defining a clear vision for connected filtration, and translating it into tangible results across markets, functions and teams.

From product to solution. From hardware to data-driven business. You drive that shift.

• Full ownership of the Professional Filter
  iQ segment incl. P&L and business performance
• Define a clear vision for digital & connected solutions - and align stakeholders globally
• Translate strategy into a focused, actionable roadmap - and drive execution
• Transform the business model towards services, subscriptions and data-driven offerings
• Lead the development of integrated system solutions (hardware, filtration, connectivity)
• Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and global markets
• Actively drive the transformation process - internally and externally

• Lead a highly skilled, solution core team (4 FTEs)
• Steer a global cross-functional setup across functions and markets
• Provide clear direction, priorities and long-term perspective in a complex environment

• Experience in strategic roles within complex B2B environments (e.g. marketing, business development), experiences in Ho Re Ca  is an advantage.
• Proven success in leading transformation and change processes
• Ability to define a vision and translate it into concrete actions across functions (incl. R&D and Sales)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable and challenge diverse teams
• Confident in navigating complex, international and cross-functional structures
• Strong interest in digitalization, IoT and data-driven business models
• Excellent English skills are required due to the international scope of the role;
  German is a strong plus, particularly for leading and developing the team

• Leadership with clarity, direction and long-term perspective
• Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives and collaborate effectively with technical teams
• Strong ownership and focus on outcomes - not concepts
• Execution strength in complex transformation environments
