About the OpportunityAn established global outdoor and performance apparel organization is seeking a Senior Brand GTM Operations Specialist to support the execution of seasonal brand and marketing initiatives across multiple business functions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to fast‑moving cross‑functional teams.
Working closely with Brand Management, Creative, Channels, and Regional Marketing teams, you will play a key role in ensuring seasonal campaigns and deliverables move forward efficiently and on schedule. You’ll help connect strategy to execution by coordinating workflows, timelines, tools, and communications that support global brand operations.

- In this role, you’ll lead meeting coordination, scheduling, agendas, follow‑ups, and cross‑functional communications across work streams
- You’ll monitor deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and workflow readiness to ensure seasonal execution stays on track
- You’ll proactively identify blockers, risks, and operational gaps while supporting teams through key GTM milestones
- In this role, you’ll manage templates, trackers, documentation, and operational tools tied to seasonal planning and execution
- You’ll support onboarding and integration activities across regional and channel teams within established GTM processes
- You’ll contribute to ongoing process improvements and operational enhancements across global brand functions
- 4+ years of marketing operations, GTM coordination, project management, or related experience within a global brand, retail, apparel, or creative agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree or post‑secondary education in a related field such as marketing operations, design operations, product development, or business operations
- Experience supporting GTM processes within product‑based or consumer‑facing organizations
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills in cross‑functional environments
- Hands‑on experience with project management and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, , or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within fast‑paced, matrixed organizations
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem‑solving
